Data Deletion

This page explains how TAGER Analytics users can request deletion of account data, project data, imported business data, and data received through connected integrations.

1. Overview

TAGER Analytics respects user data deletion rights. Users may request deletion of personal information, account data, project data, imported order data, advertising data, support data, and integration data associated with their account.

This page is provided for users and for platform review requirements, including Meta App Review, TikTok App Review, and Google OAuth verification.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email us at [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include the following information so we can verify and process your request:

  • The email address used for your TAGER Analytics account.
  • Your business or project name, if available.
  • A clear statement that you want your data deleted.
  • Whether you want deletion of all account data or only data from a specific project or integration.

3. What We Delete

When a deletion request is verified and approved, we will delete or anonymize data associated with the request, which may include:

  • User profile and account information.
  • Projects, project settings, and dashboard preferences.
  • Imported order data from Google Sheets, Excel files, Taager API, or other sources.
  • Advertising spend and campaign data imported from connected platforms.
  • Product catalogs, referral data, and analytics summaries associated with deleted projects.
  • AI conversation history and AI usage records where deletion is applicable.
  • Support tickets and uploaded support screenshots where deletion is applicable.
  • Stored integration tokens and connection settings.

4. Third-Party Platform Data

If you connected TAGER Analytics to Meta, TikTok, Google, Google Sheets, Taager, or another third-party platform, we can delete the data stored in TAGER Analytics after import.

You may also need to revoke TAGER Analytics access directly inside the third-party platform's settings to stop future access or syncing.

5. Verification

For security, we may need to verify that the requester owns the account or has authority over the project before deleting data. We may request additional confirmation from the account email address.

6. Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some deletion requests may take longer if required by technical, legal, security, billing, backup, or compliance obligations.

7. Data We May Retain

We may retain limited information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security logs, enforce agreements, or preserve records required for billing and compliance.

Data retained for these reasons will be limited to what is necessary and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

8. Stopping Future Data Collection

To stop future data collection from an integration, disconnect the integration in TAGER Analytics when available and revoke access from the connected third-party platform. You may also request that we remove stored integration credentials or tokens.
