1. Introduction

TAGER Analytics is a SaaS analytics dashboard available at taageranalytics.com. The service helps ecommerce merchants analyze orders, advertising spend, product performance, referral performance, and related business metrics.

By using TAGER Analytics, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that is necessary to provide and operate the service.

  • Account information such as name, email address, business name, country, subscription plan, and account status.
  • Project information such as project name, data source settings, currency settings, commission settings, catalog settings, and dashboard preferences.
  • Order and business analytics data imported by users from Google Sheets, Excel files, Taager API, or other supported sources.
  • Advertising data imported through supported advertising integrations such as Meta, TikTok, or Google, including campaign names, spend, dates, account identifiers, and related performance data.
  • Support information such as support tickets, replies, uploaded screenshots, and user communications with our team.
  • Technical information such as authentication session data, browser metadata, IP address, device information, and basic logs needed for security, debugging, and service reliability.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve TAGER Analytics.

  • To create and manage user accounts and projects.
  • To import, process, and display analytics dashboards.
  • To sync order, product, catalog, and advertising data from connected sources.
  • To calculate metrics such as profit, ad spend, delivery rates, conversion rates, commissions, and product performance.
  • To provide AI-powered analysis and usage limits when users choose to use AI features.
  • To provide customer support and respond to support tickets.

  • To comply with legal obligations and platform review requirements.

4. Third-Party Integrations

TAGER Analytics may connect to third-party platforms only when authorized by the user or administrator. These platforms may include Meta, TikTok, Google, Supabase, Google Sheets, and Taager.

We use third-party data only to provide the dashboard features requested by the user. We do not sell data received from third-party platforms.

5. OAuth Tokens and Credentials

When integrations require authentication, access tokens or credentials may be stored securely to keep the integration working. Tokens are used only to access the connected service for the user's project and only for the features enabled by the user.

We do not expose tokens, secrets, or private environment variables in public pages, client-side code, or legal pages.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data or customer business data. We may share limited information only in the following cases:

  • With service providers that help us operate hosting, authentication, storage, analytics processing, email delivery, support, or AI features.
  • With third-party platforms when required to perform an integration that the user has authorized.
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of TAGER Analytics, our users, or the public.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, project, order, advertising, and support data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

Certain temporary files, generated AI images, or cached data may be deleted automatically after a shorter retention period depending on the feature.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect user data using industry-standard practices.

9. User Rights and Choices

Users may request access, correction, export, disconnection of integrations, or deletion of their data by contacting us. Users can also revoke access directly from the connected third-party platform when supported by that platform.

10. Children's Privacy

TAGER Analytics is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
