These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TAGER Analytics, our SaaS analytics dashboard for ecommerce merchants and teams.

Last updated: May 19, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and TAGER Analytics. By accessing or using taageranalytics.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

TAGER Analytics provides ecommerce analytics dashboards, data import tools, advertising spend integrations, product catalog analysis, referral reporting, support tools, and optional AI-powered analysis features.

The service may connect to user-authorized third-party platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Google Sheets, Taager, and other supported systems.

3. Accounts and Access

Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate accounts when necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or prevent misuse.

4. User Data and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of all data you upload, import, connect, or process through TAGER Analytics.

You confirm that you have the right to connect any third-party account, advertising account, spreadsheet, catalog, or order source used with the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activity includes:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or infrastructure.
  • Uploading malicious code, harmful files, or data that violates applicable law.
  • Using the service to infringe the rights of others.
  • Interfering with the security, availability, or performance of the service.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, copying, or reselling the service except where allowed by law or a written agreement.

6. Third-Party Platforms

The service may rely on third-party APIs, OAuth providers, hosting providers, storage providers, AI providers, and advertising platforms. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, API limitations, account restrictions, or data inaccuracies caused by third-party platforms.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Plans

Access to certain features may depend on the user's subscription plan, account approval status, usage limits, or administrator settings.

Fees, trial periods, limits, and available features may change over time. Any paid use is subject to the pricing and billing terms communicated at the time of purchase or subscription.

8. AI Features

AI features may generate analysis, recommendations, text, or images based on user data and inputs. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for certain business decisions.

Users are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. AI features should not be treated as financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.

9. Intellectual Property

TAGER Analytics, including its software, design, branding, interface, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded data and business data. By using the service, users grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and analyze that data to provide the service.

10. Service Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, deployments, third-party outages, security issues, or events beyond our control.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAGER Analytics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service unlawfully.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
